Our Police State, Identification Requirements and Modern Technology.

Chicago, IL—Make no mistake liberty, privacy and freedom died here decades ago.  Most people just don’t have a clue freedom is dead until they experience government tyranny first hand.  Apparently hearing about some neighbor’s troubles does not raise enough red flags.

Despite that our Bill of Rights and Constitution never provided politicians a simple method to make amendments they’ve taken the law and our formerly guaranteed liberty into their own hands.  

Americans have been brainwashed through constant media propaganda into believing their rights somehow must be balanced against the collective safety and security needs.  There is no lawful way to trade liberty for security outside of properly amending the Constitution for restricting rights.  Even if there were a legitimate way this concept simply won’t work.   

Government cannot guarantee safety even in maximum-security prisons.  How can this be accomplished in a free society?  Safety and security was never guaranteed, but the founding fathers did give us the right to keep and bear arms for just that purpose. That of course includes protecting ourselves from government.

As a child of the 1950s I learned identification cards were needed primarily to insure the return of a lost wallet or to assist first responders in identifying you in case of accidents or death.  When you bought a new wallet a blank identification card always came with it for you to fill out.

If you drove, and neither of my parents did throughout their lives they would have needed a driver’s license.  There was no such thing as a state issued identity card back then.  They would have needed passports for international travel but for them this was unnecessary.

Social Security cards were issued in connection with employment, tax collection and receipt of earned benefits only.  Despite the high profile assurances of our politicians to the contrary, today that became our primary identification number!

Until recently in our history anyone could board a bus, boat, train or plane for domestic travel without identification or being frisked like a criminal.

Until the mid to late 1970s there were no photos on our driver’s licenses.  Soon all 50 states required them and California even insisted on a thumbprint on every application.

Computers gave government raw power to find anyone living on the so-called grid with even partial information.  Currently our cell-phones provide the government exactly where we are at all times!

There are ways to defeat government snooping on us but for the most part they involve committing crimes to accomplish.  

Most Americans think this massive intrusion into their lives is somehow for their own good!  You can always show some anecdotal example on how a criminal was caught or some fraud was exposed.  The fact is that liberty and privacy is being unlawfully restricted in the name of security.

The latest threat to liberty and privacy is facial recognition software.  Right now Google is readying their massive database of our pictures for public and government consumption.

Google glass users will be able to snap an image of you and within seconds they will be looking those profiles you were kind enough to post on various Social Media sites! Government employees will see your driver's license data, criminal history and whatever secret files they have amassed on you. 

Needless to say very soon government agents from the hated and unwashed TSA thugs to the local cop on the corner will be making judgments about you before they even talk to you! 

Speaking of the TSA, our founding fathers would be shooting and/or hanging those bastards if they were alive today!  

Per capita America has more people incarcerated than any other nation on earth.  Needless to say our wrongful conviction rate is beyond troubling.

The tattooed number at the top of this story fit the technology available for the Nazis 70 years ago.  They tattooed these numbers on Jews and others deemed undesirable.  They could match them with a central registry providing instant identification. 

The difference between the Nazi tattoo system and what they will use on every man, woman or child is through modern technology even trumps Hitler’s methods! 

Who is willing to say no to our government about spending tax money on this kind of tyranny? 

It should be more than obvious that we are no longer living in the land of the free or the home of the brave. 

Tax Tyranny and Corruption is Behind America’s Economic crisis

Washington, DC—No, don’t confuse me with the so-called Tea Party movement. That group has done far too little and much too late. The real Tea Party forcibly boarded the King’s ships and destroyed property to get their point across.

Waving flags and standing around watching tyranny is a meaningless exercise that did not even get a single acknowledgment from the Whitehouse. Perhaps if the Tea Party folks sent in a few high explosive mortar rounds to the Rose Garden, Barack Obama might have noticed people were intolerant of his Socialist agenda.

Perhaps calling today’s Tea Party people Astroturf was a good description because it was a movement of pretenders instead of true patriots.

Our politicians have decreed that American taxpayers must provide free education and medical care to all of Central America as we feed our own existing entitlement monster. This is a bottomless pit that swallows cash from every working family’s food budget.

We have no choice but to reverse the tsunami of ignorant, impoverished criminals that have invaded and occupy our country. We must force a change in culture in the American ghettos or cut off the free money we are currently forced to pay them.

Confiscatory taxation is slavery and violates the 13th Amendment to the Constitution. American’s need not tolerate this but they are too intimidated resist the tyranny.

Americans have been programmed somehow to accept tax credits instead of tax breaks. We’ve somehow been fooled to send our money to Washington so they can send a fraction of back to us later. The Tax Credit concept would have our founding fathers back into the streets with their guns if they were alive today.

Government has provided golden retirement parachutes for themselves as Social Security is insolvent. There is no break for the nation’s number one employer, small businesses.

The only way out of this sinkhole to continued Socialism is resistance to the unlawful government policy and the enemies of America behind this agenda.

We cannot rely on the election process alone to rid the country of Communists and Socialists. Citizens must administer punitive action against these tyrants and their families at every opportunity. The only way they will stop is when they are too frightened to continue. Our founding fathers wanted politicians to fear the wrath of the people but that has been totally reversed by our police state.

Our economy can only improved by reducing government by as much as 80% in size, ending the entitlement society we’ve become and by a serious policy to shut our borders to trespassers. We must deport the trespassers inviting them to take their American born children with them in lieu of sending the kids to foster care or institutions.

Americans can either resist the tyranny or live as terminal victims and slaves. We must do whatever it takes to get that Communist Barack Obama and his cabal out of our Whitehouse. We elected a new Congress. How soon will these folks be bought off through corruption and become clones of the criminals they replaced?

Corrupt government’s like our own will do anything including murder, imprison and torture in order to survive. Nowhere in the world has any government voluntarily reduced its own size. The only way that ever happens is by war.

Whatever we are doing or have done in America for the last five decades is not enough to see the return of freedom, liberty and our former way of life. We’ve lost what millions of American valiantly fought and died trying to protect. What shame…

Los Angeles in Flames: The Illegal Alien Uprising Has Begun

The criminal backlash we all saw coming has finally erupted in the streets of Los Angeles. Fueled by entitlement and lawlessness, thousands of illegal aliens and their radical supporters turned the city into a war zone. They didn’t just protest they seized control. Innocent motorists on the 101 Freeway were taken hostage, trapped by an unruly mob that had no regard for human life or public order. This wasn’t some peaceful First Amendment rally. It was an outright criminal insurrection, a declaration of war against the rule of law.

Cars and city busses were vandalized. Chaos reigned. Graffiti was sprayed like a battle cry, marking the city with the scars of a society spiraling into anarchy. And where was Mayor Karen Bass? Nowhere to be found. She had an obligation to demand order, to stand up for the rights of law-abiding citizens, but she chose silence. No surprise there, Bass has spent her entire career aligning herself with the most ruthless leftist revolutionaries. Her admiration for Fidel Castro and Che Guevara tells you everything you need to know about her vision for America. She doesn’t just tolerate this kind of violent uprising, she welcomes it.

But let’s be clear: America has spoken. The majority of voters sent Donald Trump back to the White House to clean up the devastation left by Joe Biden and his lawless administration. This isn’t about compassion or opportunity. It’s about an invasion, orchestrated and encouraged by corrupt politicians who care more about pandering to illegal immigrants than protecting American citizens. The mission is clear: remove every last illegal alien and restore the rule of law.

We are a nation built on laws. Immigration laws exist for a reason. If you want to enter America, you knock at the front door, apply legally, and wait your turn, just like millions of others have done before. The left likes to claim that we are a nation of immigrants, but they conveniently ignore the fact that past generations were vetted, screened, and held to strict standards. At Ellis Island, countless European migrants were examined, questioned, and sent back if they didn’t meet health or behavior requirements. That was the cost of admission. But today? Anyone who can sneak across the border is handed free benefits, free housing, and free healthcare, all paid for by hard-working American taxpayers.

And while the leftist elite cry about compassion, let’s not forget how their beloved Franklin Roosevelt, a leftist icon blocked Jewish refugees from fleeing the Holocaust. They weren’t given handouts. They weren’t welcomed with open arms. They were turned away. Yet today, our borders are thrown wide open for people who show zero respect for our laws, our culture, or our sovereignty.

And the irony? These so-called refugees proudly wave the flags of the very shit hole nations they claim to be fleeing from. If their home countries are so unlivable, why do they cling to the symbols of their failure? This isn’t about asylum it’s about exploitation. They don’t want freedom; they want a free ride at America’s expense.

Meanwhile, real Americans suffer. Our cities are crumbling, our hospitals are overwhelmed, and our housing crisis is spiraling out of control, all because of illegal immigration. American citizens are forced to stand in line behind those who have no right to be here.

Let’s s get one thing straight: we fought for our freedom. The Founding Fathers risked everything for this nation. If these so-called refugees hate their governments so much, they should fight for their own freedom, on their own soil. Instead, they invade ours, demanding rights they never earned, while politicians like Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom cheer them on.

Enough is enough. The American people are waking up. The lawlessness must end. And under Trump, it will.

The Official Crimefile Review of LETTERS FROM IWO JIMA

In mid October I was treated to a screening of the Clint Eastwood, Steven Speilberg first offering, Flags of Our Fathers. I had no clue they made a second film to tell the other side of this story. Today I saw this screening in Hollywood.

In every war as the bodies of the dead are collected it’s those personal effects found that tell the story behind the life that was snuffed out by the horrors of combat. They are the photographs of the families and those heartbreaking letters. War is dehumanizing and too often motions pictures never show the other side of the conflict. The World War II films from Hollywood used ethnic slurs like kraut or Jap to describe hateful and faceless enemy soldiers. The truth is that it’s always the conscripts who fight to maintain their way of life in their own country. These lads are sent fight all wars started by politicians and dictators.

For the Japanese soldiers there was no glory in their shameful defeat. Unimaginable hardship, fear and loneliness are always the constant companion of the combat soldier. Imagine going home to an enemy occupation of your homeland if you survived the war.

This epic is told from the point of view of, Saigo a young husband, father to be that had his little family bakery shut down and his equipment confiscated by his government for the war effort. Soon he was drafted to presumably die for his country. A 22-year old actor, Kazunari Ninomiya rocked in this role hopefully to an Oscar Award. .

Ken Watanabe, convincingly plays, General Tadamichi Kuribayashi and is at the top of his game acting in both English and Japanese.

I can’t recommend either of these two contenders enough as must see films.

The Official Crimefile Review of, FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS

When I saw, Saving Private Ryan, I thought no World War II picture could top that. I was wrong. The biggest difference in this film was waiting for those familiar handsome major stars to show up but they never arrived. What I got were well established but lesser known actors who were probably cast in the best roles so far in their careers. Ordinary faces were cast to play ordinary young men

This is not so much a story about heroes but about American politician’s use and abuse of symbols and showmanship to lead the country in their desired direction. Such was the case for three of six ordinary young men who had the misfortune to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. That place of course was Iwo Jima and their deed was being in Joe Rosenthal’s famous flag raising photograph taken Feb. 23, 1945. Rosenthal was an Associated Press photographer who took that Pulitzer Prize-winning picture. The three surviving boys' reward was being recruited help sell war bonds through an elaborate dog and pony show during the darkest time of the war.

These boys were revered as heroes not for their sacrifice and suffering but for raising the flag. The following outstanding young actors played the flag raising heroes:
Ryan Phillippeas, John "Doc" Bradley
Jesse Bradford as Rene Gagnon
Adam Beach as Ira Hayes

The most complex character of the film is the alcoholic and troubled, American Indian, Ira Hayes. I fully expect an Academy Award nomination for Adam Beach’s effort here.

I have to say that the period costumes and props were a realistic work of art. No expense was spared bringing the audience to Iwo Jima's ring-side seats.

The screenplay was first rate and the story perfectly told by those master film makers Clint Eastwood and Steven Spielberg.

Of course I fully expect too many of the politically correct mainstream reviewers, who hate war films to color their reviews with their personal baggage.

Yes, I recommend this film as one of the better offerings Hollywood has produced in the last several years.

The State Of The Union And Presidency Is In A Shambles

Washington, DC—So far the Obama Administration chose the road of despotism over democracy. The massive destruction of our currency and economy was intentional so Obama could rebuild in a Socialist model. Free speech by Internet bloggers, and the likes of Glen Beck has rung an alarm that has obstructed Obama’s Socialist revolutionary goals.

The problem for Obama now is that too many Americans are refusing to surrender the form of government our founding fathers sacrificed so much to give us. The Socialist flags and the wake of holocausts that always follow, threaten peace and prosperity. Obama’s Hope and Change is no different than that offered by Stalin, Hitler, Mao and Castro.

Obama has to deal with Armed Americans and elections he can’t control. The consequences of Obama’s continued efforts to destroy our representative republic may destroy well Obama first.

Obama’s State of The Union Address will be interesting. Will this President be a lame duck for the remainder of his term or will he change direction? Thankfully Obama and his czars seemed to have set the Left Wing back 70 years. Only a successful Leftist Coup d'état can save Obama’s agenda now
